He was wearing a mask and gloves. It was the first time that I had seen a deliveryman wearing a facemask properly. I complimented him and gave him the money. He was happy and told me that he is the owner of the shop.

I was surprised. I asked, 'Sir, where is your deliveryman?’

He said, 'My business is not doing quite well right now. So I can't hire anyone.'

I felt bad for him and offered to help. But he refused because he was losing hope. But I insisted and said, 'We can make digital pamphlets of your shop and send it to everyone.'

He said that it was a good idea. So I started making a pamphlet on my mobile phone. Then I sent it to all my friends. I mentioned in the pamphlet that this shop follows all safety guidelines for Covid.'

I shared the pamphlet with everyone I knew. People started ordering from there. The shopkeeper was very happy and he soon hired a deliveryman.

Then, suddenly the number of customers reduced. One day, I ordered some grocery from this shop and the new deliveryman came. He was not wearing a mask or gloves. I understood why customers were reducing.

I explained to the deliveryman that he should wear a mask all the time because if he does so he would be safe and the people whom he is delivering to would also be safe. I told the shopkeeper about it.

He said, 'I will immediately remove the deliveryman.’

I told the shopkeeper not to remove him from the job but just explain to him and give him a warning. The deliveryman started wearing a facemask and hand-gloves all the time. Soon the shop became famous for being the safest shop in the city in Covid times and most of the people of the city ordered from that shop. The shopkeeper was very happy.

One day I saw that there was no rice in my kitchen. So I ordered some rice from a grocery store near my house.

A deliveryman came with the rice in the afternoon. He pressed the doorbell button and moved two steps back. Then he kept the packet on the floor near the door.

It was the first day after Covid lockdown ended. I went out for a walk with my dog. I was happy that finally the lockdown was over. But I was careful also. Because Covid is still here.

My dog and I reached the gate of my house. Suddenly I remembered that I forgot to wear my mask. So I ran back to my house to get the mask. My dog was waiting outside the gate.

I got the mask and I was walking back to the gate when I saw my dog had disappeared! I asked my gardener. He showed me the dog's collar. Oh guy! My dog's name is Max. So, I took the collar and searched for him everywhere. But he was nowhere.

I was walking back home when I thought more about where else should I look for Max. And then it struck me, 'The dog park!!' I ran to the dog park and found him playing with our neighbour's dog there.

I let him play and then we came back home.
